#1 Restart your Roku device

If your Roku isn’t pushing content across the internet at a normal speed, it will likely become unresponsive while watching Netflix content.

How to Check Network Settings?

Open the Network section on a Roku device by tapping the three dots on the far-left side of the screen. Tap on the Enter Network Listings button. This will display a list of all available networks – either opened up by your cable provider or directly offered by third-party websites. Make sure you select the one you want and hit the OK button.

#4 Go for the Delete and Reinstallation Option

Choose either option to download the latest version of the Netflix app.  Once you have installed the latest Netflix software update, you can clear the cache by going to Settings > Applications > Manage update cache. Delete the channel from your television schedule

  • On your Roku remote, click the Home button.

  • On your remote, click the Home button.

  • When instructed, choose the Remove channel option and confirm.
